Flamenco for schools and colleges
Hebden Bridge Flamenco provides an exciting programme of workshops for schools and colleges throughout the North of England, including learners from 4 years to 18 years old. With guitar accompaniment, students can combine Flamenco dance and Spanish. They learn rhythmic clapping (palmas), dance movements and a short choreography, as well as insights into Flamenco's fascinating cultural background and Spanish words and phrases.
Our workshops are ideal for anyone seeking enrichment of the student's experience. We contribute to objectives in PSHCE, School International days, Multicultural days, and Spanish days. We provide a unique opportunity for cross-curriculum learning, covering Performing Arts and MFL, working throughout the Leeds, Manchester, Bradford and Huddersfield areas. And all with lots of FUN! FlamencoWorkshops can be tailor-made to suit your requirements.

The Flamenco Project
A project with Spanish Studies at the University of Manchester and the Instituto Cervantes, working with pupils from schools and communities across Manchester. We had a lot of fun introducing students to Spanish Flamenco music, dance and culture.
